Terms of Service

Operator of the KADOSH product at kadoshworshipband.com · Last updated: October 6, 2026

Content and rights. KADOSH is technology to organize, store, view, authorized-share, and play material that users provide. KADOSH does not sell or grant rights to user songs, lyrics, chords, scores, recordings, stems, or other uploaded files. Users warrant they have the rights, licenses, or permissions needed. KADOSH receives only a limited technical license to operate the service. KADOSH does not acquire ownership of user content. Presence of a file in KADOSH is not a verification or grant of rights by KADOSH.

1. Acceptance

By accessing kadoshworshipband.com or using KADOSH (web, iOS, or Android), you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, EULA, Acceptable Use Policy, Copyright Policy, and DMCA Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

KADOSH provides tools for worship teams to organize organizations, memberships, songs, a library, uploads, Draft and Published versions, instrument materials, Events, invitations, Setlists, playback (play, pause, seek, previous, next), lyrics, chords, scores, private audio, and Chat (general, event, and direct messages). Features marked beta may change. See also the Beta Terms.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for keeping credentials confidential. You may not share accounts, use another person’s account, evade permissions, or access an organization without an invitation. Organization admins and directors control invitations and roles. KADOSH may suspend, revoke, or terminate access for abuse, rights violations, security incidents, permission evasion, or unauthorized redistribution. Password recovery email is not offered until the operator enables it; until then, ask a director or the operator. You may delete your account in the app or web client (Settings → Account → Delete account). See Account deletion. Account deletion removes active application data subject to backups, security, fraud-prevention, and legally required logs. Deletion is not instant or universal across every backup or operational log. Each organization has a storage quota; uploading may be refused when the quota is reached. KADOSH does not automatically delete rehearsal files to free space.

4. Ownership of KADOSH

The KADOSH software, user interface, design, documentation, logos, and other KADOSH materials belong to the operator of KADOSH or its licensors. Your account grants only a limited, revocable license to use the service for its intended purpose. To the extent permitted by law, you may not copy, clone, resell, sublicense, redistribute, reverse engineer, extract the code, scrape abusively, evade technical controls, or gain unauthorized access, without claiming exclusive ownership of abstract ideas, methods, or functional concepts beyond what applicable law actually protects.

5. User content — limited technical license

You retain ownership of songs, lyrics, chords, scores, recordings, stems, and other files you upload. You grant KADOSH only the limited technical license required to store, process, transmit, display, and play that content so authorized users can use the service. That license is not a sale and is not a grant of music-publishing or master rights to KADOSH or to other users beyond the access rules below.

6. Projects and private material

Organization membership or Chat does not automatically grant access to musical content. Access requires the applicable combination of organization membership, event or project assignment, invitation, role, and permissions. You may not redistribute private tracks, scores, lyrics, chords, or setlists outside the authorized KADOSH context.

7. Screenshots and downloads

Capturing or redistributing private material without authorization is contractually prohibited. KADOSH uses technical protection where possible: private URLs, session authentication, and blocking of direct public downloads when the product can enforce it. No technology can fully prevent captures made with an external camera or similar means. These Terms do not claim that screenshots can be prevented on every device.

8. Chat, moderation, and security systems

Chat includes general organization threads, event threads, and direct messages, plus optional attachments, read receipts, and delivery state. Directors and admins may hide messages. KADOSH uses moderation and security systems and may log attempts to share restricted information or to hide messages. The product UI may not announce every alert. A chat message that mentions a score or track does not enlarge music permissions; opening a referenced asset is re-checked.

9. Prohibited uses

You may not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, redistribute private assets, upload content you are not allowed to use, or interfere with security. See the Acceptable Use Policy.

10. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, KADOSH disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KADOSH is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profits damages arising from the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. A specific monetary cap and governing-law clause will be published here if the operator designates them.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the updated date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
