1. Notice

If you believe material on KADOSH infringes your copyright, send a written notice that includes all of the following:

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it in KADOSH (organization, song, file name, URL, or other locator).
Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address as claimant or authorized agent.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Your physical or electronic signature.

2. Delivery

KADOSH has not designated a registered DMCA agent. Until a designated agent name, postal address, and email are published on this page, send notices through the Contact page. Incomplete notices may delay review.

3. Counter-notice

If material was removed and you are the uploader, you may submit a counter-notice as permitted by applicable law, including identification of the removed material, your contact information, a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief that removal was a mistake or misidentification, consent to jurisdiction of an appropriate court if required by law, and your physical or electronic signature. Delivery uses the same channel as Section 2 until an agent is designated.

4. Repeat infringement

KADOSH may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
