Content and rights. KADOSH does not acquire ownership of uploaded content. Users are responsible for having the rights needed. KADOSH may store and process that content only to provide the service.
1. KADOSH materials
The KADOSH software, interface, design, documentation, and logos are owned by the operator of KADOSH or its licensors. Use of the product is a limited license, not a transfer of those rights.
2. User materials
Users and rightsholders own their musical and audiovisual works. KADOSH does not claim ownership of uploaded songs, lyrics, chords, scores, recordings, or stems. Organization membership or Chat is not a license to copy or redistribute that material outside the authorized context.
3. Notices
Copyright complaints may be submitted under the DMCA Policy. KADOSH has not designated a registered DMCA agent. Until an agent is published there, use the Contact page.
