End User License Agreement (EULA)

Content and rights. This EULA licenses the KADOSH software, not the music users upload. Availability of a file inside KADOSH is not a grant of rights in that file.

1. License

Subject to these terms and the Terms of Service, KADOSH grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the KADOSH client applications and web app for their intended purpose.

2. Restrictions

To the extent permitted by law, you may not copy, clone, redistribute, resell, sublicense, scrape abusively, reverse engineer, circumvent access controls, extract the code, or use KADOSH proprietary assets without authorization. This EULA does not claim exclusive ownership of abstract ideas or protection beyond applicable law.

3. Content license

This EULA does not grant you rights in songs, lyrics, chords, scores, recordings, or stems uploaded by others. Access inside KADOSH is not a copyright license from KADOSH. Organization membership or Chat is not a music license.

4. Updates

The software may update automatically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates to this EULA when posted.

5. Termination

Your license ends if you breach these terms or when your account access is revoked or deleted.
